Terms of Service
Effective date: 31 August 2026 Last updated: 31 August 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Dmitrii Biniukov, identification number 322782654, registered address: 7th Street N7, Village Varkhani, Adigeni Municipality, Georgia (the "Service", "we") and the user of the Coffee Meet Telegram bot (the "User", "you").
By paying for access to the Service and/or continuing to use it, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy published at https://coffeemeet.ge/privacy, which forms an integral part of them. By accepting these Terms you also confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version published at https://coffeemeet.ge/terms prevails.
1What Coffee Meet is
Coffee Meet is a Telegram bot that pairs participants at random once a week for meetings (offline or online) for the purpose of networking and making new connections in Tbilisi and Batumi. The Service is not a dating service and is not positioned as one — the format is neutral, and meetings may be personal, professional or of any other nature as agreed between the pair.
The Service is available in Russian only and is intended for the Russian-speaking audience located in Georgia.
2Age restriction
The Service may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years old. By completing your profile you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we have grounds to believe that a user is under 18, the account is blocked without a refund of any amounts paid.
3Registration, profile and moderation
3.1. To take part in matching you must fully complete your profile in the bot: name, age, city (Tbilisi/Batumi), district, preferred meeting format (online/offline/no preference), a short description of your occupation, interests, and a photograph (from your Telegram profile or uploaded separately).
3.2. The profile must be completed in Russian. Profiles in other languages, incomplete profiles, offensive profiles, profiles containing false information or unacceptable photographs will not be approved.
3.3. Once submitted, the profile undergoes manual moderation in the background. The review period is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from submission. The user is informed that the profile has been accepted for review; actual admission to matching occurs after moderator approval.
3.4. If a profile does not pass moderation, it is either returned for correction or the account is permanently banned, depending on the nature of the violation.
3.5. A public Telegram username is mandatory — without it the Service cannot pass your contact details to your match. Without a username, access to further steps is closed.
3.6. If payment has been made but profile moderation has not been completed by the time of the weekly matching round, the Service may admit the user to matching before approval is complete. This is a right, not an obligation, of the Service; the final decision rests with the Service.
4How matching works
4.1. Once a week (on Sundays) the bot asks all admitted users whether they wish to take part in the coming week's matching. Agreeing means taking part in the random pairing; declining means skipping that week.
4.2. Pairs are formed at random, without regard to shared interests. Offline meetings are arranged only between users in the same city; cross-city pairs are possible only in an online format and by mutual agreement.
4.3. Repeat pairings are excluded, except where at least 3 months have passed since the previous meeting and no other candidates are available.
4.4. In each pair, one participant is designated as the "lead" — they start the conversation and propose a place and time. Where the number of participants is odd, a representative of the Service completes the remaining pair.
4.5. The status of a meeting is recorded by the participants in the bot (planned / took place / cancelled). The Service does not guarantee that an arranged meeting will actually take place — this depends on the agreement between the pair.
4.6. After a meeting is completed or cancelled, the bot requests brief feedback and offers the possibility to submit a complaint (see section 7).
5Payment and subscription
5.1. Price. Access to matching is paid. The subscription price is 79 (seventy-nine) Georgian Lari (GEL) per month. The current price is always displayed in the bot interface before payment, including the equivalent in foreign currency (USD/EUR) for non-resident users. The Service may run temporary promotions and offer discounts; the terms and duration of each promotion are communicated separately in the bot interface before payment.
5.2. Taxes. The operator is not a VAT payer; no value added tax is charged on the subscription price. The price displayed in the bot is the final amount payable — no additional fees are added to it.
5.3. Currency and country of payment. Payment is accepted in Georgian Lari (GEL) from payers making the payment within the territory of Georgia.
5.4. Payment method. Payment is made by bank card via the secure payment page of our processing partner, JSC TBC Bank. The Service does not collect, see or store the card number, expiry date or CVC — these details are entered exclusively on the bank's payment gateway.
5.5. Payee. The payee is Individual Entrepreneur Dmitrii Biniukov. The exact payee name shown on your card statement is set by the payment partner once acquiring is connected and will be published here once confirmed. Before confirming each payment, the user is in any case shown the amount payable, the currency and the name of the payee.
5.6. Billing period and renewal method.
- Access is granted for the paid period — one calendar month from the date of successful payment.
- When paying, the user chooses one of two renewal methods in the bot:
- With automatic renewal. At the end of the paid period, the price of the following month is charged to the saved payment method without further confirmation. By making the first payment with this method, the user consents to recurring charges. At least 3 (three) calendar days before each automatic charge, the bot sends a notification stating the charge date, the amount and the currency. Automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time through the bot, without giving reasons, before the date of the next charge — access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made.
- Without automatic renewal (one-off payment). The payment method is not saved and no further charges are made. At the end of the paid period, access to matching is suspended; to continue, the subscription must be renewed manually via a link in the bot.
- If the automatic-renewal method was chosen and a charge fails (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), access to matching is suspended until payment succeeds.
5.7. Commencement of the service and waiver of the right of withdrawal. Before the first payment, the user confirms by a separate action in the bot that they request the service to begin immediately and that they therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by consumer protection legislation for distance contracts. Payment cannot proceed without this confirmation. The fact, date and time of the confirmation are recorded by the Service.
5.8. Cancellation and refunds.
- You may stop further participation at any time through the bot (clause 5.6) — no reason is required and no penalty applies.
- Once a payment has been made, amounts paid are not refunded, except in the case set out in the following bullet and in cases expressly provided for by applicable law.
- If payment was made but access to matching was not provided through the fault of the Service (technical error, payment failure, profile not reviewed within the period set out in clause 3.3), the user is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the relevant period. Requests are sent to support@coffeemeet.ge and are reviewed within 14 calendar days.
- If an account is blocked (banned) for breach of these Terms or the Code of Conduct (section 8), amounts paid are not refunded.
5.9. Delivery of the service. Access to matching is granted after successful payment and approval of the profile by a moderator (or, under clause 3.6, before moderation is complete). If payment succeeded but access was not activated after the period set out in clause 3.3, contact support; the matter will be resolved manually, up to and including a refund.
6Transaction security policy
6.1. Payments are processed through a certified payment partner (JSC TBC Bank) in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The card entry form is hosted on the bank's secure page, not by the Service.
6.2. The Service does not store or pass to third parties the user's full bank card details. Automatic renewal (clause 5.6) uses a payment token issued by the acquiring bank; full card details are not available to the Service. Only information about the fact and status of the transaction, needed to confirm payment and handle refunds, is stored.
6.3. In the event of a disputed transaction (chargeback), the user undertakes to contact the Service's support first — this resolves the matter faster than going to the bank.
7Feedback, complaints and reports
7.1. After a meeting is completed or cancelled, participants are invited to leave brief feedback and, if necessary, to submit a complaint about their partner.
7.2. A complaint must contain a short description of the situation (between 5 and 300 characters). Complaints are recorded and reviewed manually by the Service's administration.
7.3. The Service does not carry out any formal "assessment of personality" of partners — feedback is used solely to identify inactive users and users who break the rules.
8Code of conduct and bans
8.1. By taking part in meetings you undertake to: treat your partners with respect; not use the platform for sales, spam or covert advertising disguised as a meeting; not engage in harassment, stalking or other abusive behaviour; not publish or forward indecent content; and warn your partner if you cancel a meeting rather than simply ignoring it.
8.2. Handling your partner's data. When you receive another participant's profile and contact details from the Service (name, age, photograph, district, description, Telegram username), you undertake to:
- use this data exclusively to arrange and hold a meeting within the Service;
- not publish it, not forward it to third parties, and not post it in public sources, chats or social networks;
- not enter it into any database, CRM or mailing list, and not use it for marketing, sales or any other commercial purpose;
- not use it for stalking, for identifying the person outside the Service, or for any other action the partner has not consented to;
- stop using the data and delete it at the request of the partner or the Service.
Breach of this clause is grounds for a permanent ban without a refund and may also give rise to liability under Georgian personal data protection legislation.
8.3. A temporary block may be applied for: failing to attend a meeting without warning, systematically ignoring a partner after a match, or minor rudeness reported by a partner. For the duration of a temporary block, participation in weekly matching is suspended; amounts paid are not refunded and the paid period is not extended by the duration of the block.
8.4. A permanent block is applied for: harassment, spam or sales disguised as meetings, indecent content, breach of clause 8.2, and repeat violations following a temporary block. Amounts paid are not refunded, and automatic renewal of the subscription is stopped.
8.5. Blocking decisions are taken manually by the Service's administration on the basis of complaints and behavioural statistics. The Service reserves the right to refuse access or block an account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, without prior notice.
8.6. Appealing a block. When blocked, the user receives a notification stating the fact of the block, its type (temporary or permanent) and the grounds for it. Within 14 calendar days of that notification, the user may submit one objection to support@coffeemeet.ge setting out their position. The objection is reviewed manually by the Service's administration within 14 calendar days and the user is informed of the outcome. If the block is found to have been made in error, access is restored and the paid period is extended by the duration of the restriction.
9Personal safety at meetings
9.1. The Service does not vet participants. The Service does not verify the identity, documents, citizenship, place of work or criminal record of participants, and does not confirm the accuracy of the information given in profiles or the authenticity of uploaded photographs. Profile moderation (clause 3.3) is purely formal — it addresses the completeness and acceptability of the profile content and is not a check of a person's identity or trustworthiness.
9.2. The Service introduces users to one another but is not present at meetings and cannot guarantee the safety of personal contact. You agree that you take part in meetings at your own risk and undertake to observe reasonable precautions: meet in public places, tell someone close to you about your plans, and do not disclose excessive personal or financial information to your partner.
9.3. The Service is not liable for the actions of participants outside the bot, including the content and consequences of personal meetings, or for the accuracy of information participants give one another.
10Intellectual property
All rights in the bot, its logic, design, texts and the Coffee Meet trade name belong to Individual Entrepreneur Dmitrii Biniukov (identification number 322782654). The user retains rights in the profile data they provide (photograph, description, interests) and grants the Service a limited non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of displaying it to a matched partner within the operation of the Service.
11Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
11.1. The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a match will result in an actual meeting, a positive experience, or any particular outcome (networking, new acquaintances, etc.).
11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Georgian law, our liability to the user on any ground connected with use of the Service is limited to the amount paid by the user for the last paid period.
11.3. Nothing in these Terms limits the liability of the Service to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct and gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
12Indemnity
The user undertakes to indemnify the Service against documented losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: the user's breach of these Terms or the Code of Conduct; the user's infringement of third-party rights, including another participant's data protection rights (clause 8.2); the user providing false information in their profile; and third-party claims caused by the user's conduct during or after a meeting.
13Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, including the subscription price. Users are notified of a price change at least 14 calendar days before the first charge at the new price; before that date the user may cancel automatic renewal (clause 5.6). Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of them.
14Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Georgia in accordance with the jurisdiction rules established by Georgian legislation.
